The Utility Worker performs a variety of duties to keep kitchen work areas in a clean, orderly condition. Responsibilities include general cleaning and removing trash and garbage to designated areas. The Utility Worker is also responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitizing of food service equipment. The Utility Worker scrapes food from and washes dirty dishes, pots and pans, as well as, cleaning all china, glassware and flatware used in the operation.
Needs to be organized with an eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment is a must.
Part Time Position, hours will fluctuate according to catering business needs.
