Basic Qualifications: Must have a minimum of three years experience performing advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical functions.

Demonstrated experience answering phones calls, receiving visitors, supporting employees and routinely dealing with confidential information. Demonstrated experience providing assistance composing confidential correspondence and reports, developing PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, and creating and modifying of Excel spreadsheets. - Demonstrated experience maintaining calendars, coordinating routine and executive level meetings, and conferences, and making travel arrangements. - Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload, work well under pressure, adjust to changing priorities and perform tasks/assignments with minimal supervision, while paying attention to detail and producing high quality work products. - Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to be customer-focused, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and/or collaborate with all levels of internal and external employees, senior managers, executives and their assistants with tact and diplomacy. - Must demonstrate excellent business mastery, including the ability to manage information and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. - Must demonstrate excellent management mastery, including effective resource planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and staying current with relevant technology and innovation. - Must demonstrate strong personal mastery, including ethics, influence and negotiation, interpersonal skills, communication, the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as Lotus Notes. - ANSI N18.1-1971 Requirements: None.

Typical Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide professional administrative, clerical, and project support to the Director of the Nuclear Training Division. Typical responsibilities include: maintaining and coordinating the Director's calendar and scheduling routine and executive-level meetings; interface with all levels of personnel including senior management, external company executives, and their assistants; coordinating and preparing presentation materials, handle all travel arrangements and processing expense reports; review and route incoming and outgoing correspondence; composes correspondence and other materials as requested and receives visitors; and performing other duties as assigned.
