The Dorchester Earmark Program of Phoenix House is seeking an individual to become a valuable team member as Per Diem Residential Counselor. This position involves providing awake program coverage for the shelter's women and childrens program, assists residents as needed, maintain discipline and respond to emergency situations, ensure that the house is clean and safe at all times, complete required documentation and records and other job functions. This position requires holiday, evening and weekend availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of local, state and federal policies and regulations and a working knowledge of the computer.
