Sodexo is seeking an experienced a Unit Chef to support a multi-tiered food service operation on a college campus in Vermont.
Your role will be to provide a high level of culinary excellence. You will serve the President’s Office, our main dining room and a fast paced café.
Primary responsibilities include developing menus, implementing and training HACCP, overseeing/purchasing food, establishing production levels and inventory controls. This position will be responsible for implementing business practices in order to uphold our Company mission and values.
