Sodexo Campus Services at Northwestern University is looking for an experienced supervisor for its brand new Jamba Juice location! -Serves as a working supervisor coordinating activities of workers at a Jamba Juice location on campus -Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility -Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity -Assists in the supervision of day-to-day activities of employees and assigns responsibility for specific work activities -Performs day to day assignments in addition to supervisor duties -Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution. -Must have cash handling skills and experience -Must have ability to communicate with both customers and co-workers -Must be able to work as part of a team -Must be able to work under minimal supervision. -Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including: dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, and bending, as well as able to carry or lift supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more. Required Experience: -Previous Jamba Juice experience preferred, but not required. -High School Diploma or GED required -2 or more years of work related experience, supervisory experience preferred. |
