Position Summary: • Serves as a working lead supervisor coordinating food operations or services at large campus dining facility. • Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. • Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased servic productivity. • Assists in the supervision of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for work or functional activities. • Orients and trains employees. • Performs day to day assignments • Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution • Will be responsible for ensuring staff follow adhere to closing procedures, cash handling procedures and all other unit specific closing duties. • Must be available nights and some weekends and holidays Knowledge and Skills: • Must be familiar with health and sanitation procedures • Previous supervisory experience required. • 3 or more years of related work experience. • Basic computer skills helpful but not required
