Serves as a Lead Supervisor to any and all employees dealing with Customer Service. Effectively communicate policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by fellow employees Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity. Assists in the supervision of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Assists with Promotions, Décor, ordering, and inventory. Train and supervise all employees working with customers, in dealing with customer service issues and safety procedures, including safety shoes. Train all Cashiers in Sodexho Cash Handling Procedures and paperwork. Responsible for Cash Deposits and Change Orders. Train employees in HCCAP procedures and paperwork, and then follow-up to ensure these are maintained. As directed by the Dining Services Manager, do a walk-through Monthly Safety Audit and / or a Monthly Food Audit of the facility. Also responsible for training the Late Night Supervisor, Cashiers, as well as the Pizza and Grill employees.
Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
