Associate Directors are responsible for the lead role in maintaining primary contact with significant clients and for maintaining client satisfaction on all client work. In addition they are responsible for developing existing engagement opportunities, playing significant roles in developing new clients, and establishing relationships within the business community. Associate Directors maintain overall responsibility for the profitability of all client related work within their portfolio as well as managing the profitability of these portfolios.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Extensive experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning, blueprint planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation (go-live) Ability to architect data solutions and provide business, governance and technical recommendations Recommend data governance processes, organizational models, and data management technology platforms to clients In depth knowledge on leading practices for the implementation of data governance, data quality, and data integration projects. Experience developing the strategic vision and direction of a data management organization and the development of global data standards. Deep experience working within a Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or other major database management systems Experience with one or more leading Extract, Transformation, Load (ETL) toolsets
PREFERRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Finance and Accounting experience, including planning, budgeting and forecasting processes strongly preferred Experience with Master Data Management within a large-scale ERP environment Hands-on SAP data management technical and functional expertise Experience in the implementation of full life-cycle SAP programs and initiatives.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS Bachelors degree required 8+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry Big 4 or large consulting firm experience is strongly preferred
ABILITY TO TRAVEL Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
