Busy hospital foodservice department seeking part-time supervisor, 24 hours per week, including rotating weekends. 2-4 years supervisory experience required, health care experience preferred. Strong customer service skills a must with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and hold staff accountable. Duties include monitoring and ensuring that all HAACP, food and physical safety standards are met. Works with department staff, customers, patients and other staff to ensure high level of customer service. Orients, trains, coaches/counsels and evaluates employees. HS diploma or GED, Culinary experience and computer skills required. Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements and Serv-Safe certification preferred. EOE M/F/D/V
