Duties vary slightly based on assignment to company-operated retail stores or franchise dealers, and may include:
- Educate and motivate team to achieve business objectives and operational excellence
- Guide and support initiatives to ensure the best possible buying experience for customers
- Communicate frequently through personal visits, meetings and seminars.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to achieve financial objectives
- Inspect sites, evaluating safety, environmental and other operating practices
- Recruit, train and develop personnel
Mobility - Willingness and ability to relocate anywhere in the United States where ExxonMobil conducts retail operations
Degree – Bachelor’s in a Business or Economics related discipline
