Phoenix House, the nation's largest substance abuse and treatment organization is seeking a qualified energetic and detailed orientated individual for its' Director of the Rhode Island OP Services Program. The ideal candidate must be bilingual / bi-cultural and have a Masters degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience, they must be skilled in staff management, program development, implementation and marketing, substance abuse and treatment of substance abusing populations, in individual, group and family counseling, and of varied therapeutic models of treatment. The qualified individual will be responsible for multiple sites. The ideal candidate is required to have knowledge obtained through certification as required by funding / licensing sources, and well versed in the accreditation requirements. Must be computer literate with excellent verbal and written skills.
